Who is it for?

The camp is for anyone interested in learning workout techniques with minimal equipment, reconnecting with nature, meeting people with similar goals and principles, and improving their physical fitness for the summer of 2024.

Why should people come?

• Participants will have the opportunity to learn the execution technique of exercises from our training program, Lionscage 40, a free program that allows you to maintain physical fitness by training just 40 minutes a day with minimal equipment, right at home.

• Additionally, you'll learn how to interpret the program, adapt exercises according to your fitness level, and which exercises to focus on to progress at an optimal pace and safely.

What do we offer?

• Considering the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, we've prepared a menu consisting of natural, unprocessed, and fresh foods. All meals are included in the price and are served buffet-style, without the use of vegetable oils or sugar in their preparation.

• Accommodation is provided in apartments for 2 or 3 people, with the option to add an extra bed for adults or children. All the apartments come with modern TVs, Wi-Fi, balconies, and have distinctive elements of design and functionality.

• In the barbecue area, we have a covered terrace, grill, cauldron, outdoor stove, and traditional hearth with a wood fire.

• The enclosed courtyard, with an area of 2000 square meters, includes a relaxation area with loungers, hammocks, swings, a hot tub with a filtration system for 12 people, outdoor showers, and private parking.

Itinerary

• We will meet at Poiana Mărului on Friday, May 10th, at 3:00 PM, to start a weekend full of productive and fun activities. Departure will be on Sunday after lunch.

• After registration, you will receive an invitation to the WhatsApp group where we organize our departure and discuss other details.

Price

The cost of the camp is 280 euros per person (VAT included), and it includes accommodation, meals, training sessions, hot tub on both evenings, and all other planned activities during the camp.
